Seller’s agreement

STEP 1 – Terms and Conditions of Use

The Seller acknowledges having read the Terms and Conditions of Use of https://investirenaustralie.com real estate portal and declares to accept them without any reservation.

STEP 2 – Legal compliance of products

The seller certifies that they have full ownership of the programs/products/properties they publish on https://investirenaustralie.com real estate portal and that they are legally completely entitled to sell them.

STEP 3 – Legal compliance of products

The Seller makes the commitment, under its sole responsibility, to display on https://investirenaustralie.com real estate portal only programs/products/properties that can be sold to non-resident foreigners in accordance with Australian laws and the rules applicable by the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB).

STEP 4 – Official sales mandate

The Seller makes the commitment, when they register a property on https://investirenaustralie.com real estate portal, to deliver an official sales mandate to IEA system internal real estate agency.
